September Is National Self-Improvement Month: What You Should Consider

As a health coach, National Self Improvement Month means a lot to me. During this special time, I encourage my clients all over the world to assess, address and celebrate their commitment to themselves. This month is all about YOU.

Some say, if we don’t get it right in this life, we must come back and do it over and over until we master right living. Others believe that when it’s over it’s over, so we should live each day like it’s our last. Still, many believe that we are all infinite beings, living in a Time Travel Suit which allows us to move freely between dimensions eternally. Whatever your belief, you probably agree that some form of maintenance is required for optimal health and performance.

Throughout the month of September, I invite you read my blog and consider its content for ways you can become your best self; mind, body and spirit. If you are new to self-improvement or personal development, please feel free to ask questions in the comment section below. I will respond within 24-hrs to the best of my ability. If you’re a personal success pro, consider this entire month as an opportunity to check-in with yourself. Self-assessment is an essential tool for optimal living.

If you would like the support of a community of optimists who are working together to share information and resources to empower and inspire one another to live happy, healthy and free; consider becoming an Optimal Plan Member. Orientation for new members is September 14th at 6 p. If you live in the metro Atlanta Area, join us at Club E, 3707 Main Street in College Park, GA. Otherwise, stay tuned for instructions on how you can view our live stream.

Until tomorrow, here is a short video from last week’s Love Tour visit to Detroit. Life Coach and Community Advocate Kimle Nailer shares some essential tips for self-care. Enjoy!
