As a health coach, National Self Improvement Month means a lot to me. During this special time, I encourage my clients all over the world to assess, address and celebrate their commitment to themselves. This month is all about YOU.
Some say, if we don’t get it right in this life, we must come back and do it over and over until we master right living. Others believe that when it’s over it’s over, so we should live each day like it’s our last. Still, many believe that we are all infinite beings, living in a Time Travel Suit which allows us to move freely between dimensions eternally. Whatever your belief, you probably agree that some form of maintenance is required for optimal health and performance.
Throughout the month of September, I invite you read my blog and consider its content for ways you can become your best self; mind, body and spirit. If you are new to self-improvement or personal development, please feel free to ask questions in the comment section below. I will respond within 24-hrs to the best of my ability.
