We can’t ask the preacher because their focus is on winning souls. We certainly can’t ask the pharmacist because dispensing drugs is their business. Realizing that investing in personal development and more specifically self-care is essential and will yield us a lifetime of dividends.

  1. Congratulations Cynthia on doing what you know to be healthy, mind, body & spirit. Many people know what to do but don’t love themselves enough to take action. Living optimally does require self-love and commitment to the maintenance of your temple. I’ll keep you posted on my next visit to Detroit. Love & light.

  2. Hi Versandra, I took the quiz and had an equal split between a and b. I’ve been on a journey concerning my health and think I pretty much know all the things I need to know about being healthy. Do I do all the things I know I need to do to be healthy, no! I will say this, though, I’m gong to continue to try to do my very best to take care of myself and live life to the fullest!!! Let me know when your next event in Detroit is happening. Kind regards,
