The time is now to break through the bondage of touch hunger and take control of our lives and our families. The time is now to reconnect intimately with the people most important to us. The time is now to be the love we are seeking and to reach out and touch with love.
Where 2 or more are gathered, the mastermind is in the midst. Touch and agree with me that every friend and supporter I have will click here and make a contribution that feels good to them. Agree with me that supporters who are not prepared to give cash will give their comments of support to encourage others to take a look at this life-changing global campaign. Agree with me that intergalactic healing and restoration will occur as a result of the Touch Me With Love book and documentary. And so it is.

I’ve gotten off track with my wellness plan. How about you? It’s no secret that the key to effective weight management is making positive changes in diet and exercise. That’s why USANA scientists developed the RESET™ weight-management program—to help people jumpstart healthy eating habits and begin to make a clean break from unhealthy, high-glycemic foods.* Low-glycemic foods often provide greater satiety and sustained energy. By virtue of their slow digestion and absorption, low-glycemic foods can help control appetite and delay hunger.* All of USANA’s foods are clinically proven to be low glycemic. Watch this welcome video to learn more about … Continue reading Join Us in the Reset Nation Challenge 2016

For the next several months, I will be building my personal development business in Atlanta, GA, but just 10-years-ago, I too was homeless and needed shelter. As I celebrate my year of Jubilee and the evolution of my business VKI, I thought doing something I’ve never done before would help me conquer the “fear of change” and remind me of how far I have come. You see, homelessness is not only physical but a state of mind. This mindset is filled with fear, uncertainty, low self-worth, loneliness and dis-ease. To relinquish a poverty mindset and embrace a new one filled with self-love and love for all humanity can be challenging, because it requires having faith in something you can not see. I got a new mind after starting over 10-years-ago and on this Saturday, I will prove to myself that I am strong, I am healthy, I am focused, I am committed and I can endure the training necessary to take me through the next 50 years of my life. I have the soul of a winner. Continue reading Atlanta Mission Race to End Homelessness: Why I’m Running
